Canadian dollars fuelled Patricia Obara’s education journey to realise her dream to become a chef. We are thrilled that Patricia is now sharing her cooking skills with us to help raise funds so other young people like herself can realise their dreams!.A different way to entertain your guests!

Host a fun cooking party. Invite a few friends or family. Experience Kenyan culture through cooking; discover some delicious new flavours; and enjoy a Kenyan restaurant meal with your friends!

All you need is a laptop that can be set up near your cooking area.

ABOUT THE VIDEO:

The video takes you first into the Kibera marketplace and then into the homes of two women caring for AIDS-orphaned children. You will see how they prepare nutritious meals for their families with no kitchen, no running water, no modern appliances, not even a chopping board! Chef Patricia Obara will demonstrate how to prepare a delicious restaurant meal.
